Wisdom Teeth
What are wisdom teeth?
Third molars are commonly referred to as wisdom teeth. They are usually the last teeth to develop and are located in the back of your mouth, behind your second molars. Their development is usually completed between the middle teenage years and early twenties, a time traditionally associated with the onset of maturity and the attainment of wisdom.

Patient Review
Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth procedures with Dr Harvey with the last 12 months. One was more involved than the other, but both were handled exceptionally well. The entire office staff, nurses and Dr Harvey made us very comfortable with what was going to happen, when, recovery, billing; just everything associated with the visits. Very professional and compassionate office.

Patient Review
Both of my sons had difficult wisdom teeth extractions, bony impacted and growing sideways along the nerve so I was thrilled to have a knowledge and skilled surgeon to put me at ease. I am also very happy that Dr. Harvey uses nerve blocks for his extractions so that my boys did not have to use narcotics or opiates after the surgery just over the counter pain medications and lots of icing. In a world of narcotic addictions, I was happy that the boys did not have to have any heavy narcotics to make it through the surgery or the recovery.
